Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During high-demand periods (e.g., sales, new launches), processing may take up to 3 business days. We will notify you by email if there is any unusual delay.
Note: Processing time is separate from delivery time. Your estimated total wait is processing + delivery (typically 4–7 business days end-to-end).
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email at the address provided during checkout. This email will include your order details and, where available, a tracking number or courier reference.
You can use the tracking number provided to follow your shipment's progress directly on the carrier's website. If you have not received a dispatch confirmation within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us so we can investigate.
